San Francisco-based Pacific Catch is casting a wider net in Silicon Valley starting today. Its sixth location, in Mountain View at The Village at San Antonio Center, will
be its largest restaurant to date with a vibrant patio and indoor/outdoor bar.

The sustainable seafood restaurant’s menu is inspired by cuisines from the shores of the Pacific and uses seasonal ingredients prepared with bold spices and sauces.
Notable items include Daily Fresh Catch entrees and Hawaiian Poke with eight daily selections like Lomi Lomi with salmon and California Style with ahi tuna, crab, and
citrus aioli. Other popular dishes are Island Tacos, crispy Cabo Calamari with spicy chipotle aioli, Pan-Asian Rice Bowls and Korean Sticky Ribs.

Renowned San Francisco chef, David Gingrass, joined Pacific Catch this month as its executive chef responsible for ongoing food and beverage development, delivering a
consistent food quality experience, and food sourcing.

“Pacific-inspired seafood recipes are both interesting and healthful ways to showcase our local ingredients,” says chef Gingrass. “We build our rice bowls, tacos, pokes, and
fresh fish entrees around sustainable seafood and present them in a way that are as pleasing to the eye as they are on the palate.”

The restaurant’s new bar design welcomes a variety of occasions and maximizes the guest’s ability to enjoy the great Peninsula weather. The bar menu offers a casual
escape with its unique island-inspired artisan cocktails, local craft and international Pacific beers and wines, all carefully selected to compliment the cuisine.

Pacific Catch selected new neighbor, and local non-profit, Community School of Music and Arts as the beneficiary of proceeds collected during opening events. CSMA has
been providing adult and children arts education on the Peninsula since 1968.

Restaurant partners Aaron Noveshen and Keith Cox founded Pacific Catch in April 2003 on Chestnut Street in San Francisco. They subsequently opened in Corte Madera in
Marin County, on 9th Avenue in the Inner Sunset District of San Francisco, in Campbell at The Pruneyard Shopping Center, and most recently on Third Street in San Mateo.
