Fresh catch: That fast-growing little Bay Area seafood chain, Pacific Catch, is at it again. After opening Campbell and San Mateo locations, they’ve now expanded to Mountain View. And the company has hooked a big fish, David Gingrass, as its executive chef. Gingrass, who founded Hawthorne Lane and Wolfgang Puck’s Postrio in San Francisco, will oversee the Mountain View opening before embarking on new projects for all six restaurants. Founded in 2003, Pacific Catch specializes in fresh fish and seafood dishes inspired by Asia, Latin America and Polynesia and boasts a Hawaiian poke bar. Details: Open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and until 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday at 545 San Antonio Road Suite 34, Mountain View.
