Aaron Noveshen, Co-Founder
Aaron Noveshen is the co-founder of Pacific Catch restaurants and served as its president for 10+ years. He currently serves on Pacific Catch’s board of directors.
Aaron has over 20 years’ experience creating leading edge products and concepts for the food and beverage industry. A graduate of UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, he is an award-winning chef, a restaurant entrepreneur and a leading authority in food product development.
After 10 years of fine dining chef duties at restaurants including L’Orangerie, Alain Rondelli, and La Scene, Aaron co-founded World Wrapps. As a founding partner and executive chef of World Wrapps, Aaron helped to popularize “wraps”, one of the biggest product innovations of the decade. Today wraps can be found on thousands of menus worldwide.
Aaron serves as the Chairman of the Board of the California Restaurant Association Educational Foundation and as a Director of the California Restaurant Association.
Aaron is the founder of The Culinary Edge, one of America’s leading culinary consulting companies, providing restaurants and foodservice manufacturers with integrated culinary, creative and operational solutions. The Culinary Edge clients include a who’s who of the top food and restaurant companies in America such as PF Changs, Jamba Juice, Panda Restaurant Group, Starbucks, Red Lobster, Cracker Barrel, Tesco, Lawry’s Restaurants, El Pollo Loco, Unilever, and Dreyer’s Ice Cream.
