Michael Adams, Restaurant Manager, San Mateo
Michael D. Adams hails from the impressive culinary hub of Chicago, Illinois, a background which instilled in him a deep love and appreciation for good food and drink. With this enthusiasm, Michael arrived in San Francisco and began a 20+ year career in the food industry. From running both the back of the house and the front of house floor, Michael’s passion is fueled by the satisfaction he feels seeing people enjoy great food. His most recent restaurant experience was with Max’s Opera Café in San Francisco, where he was the General Manager for 7 years.
When not at the restaurant, Michael can be found watching a game (while a die hard fan of the San Francisco Giants and 49ers, his heart will always be with the Chicago Bulls), reading, catching up on an episode of his favorite Sci-fi show or getting brunch with his lovely wife.
