Cheryl Mitchell, Sous Chef, San Mateo

Cheryl MItchell

Born and raised in the Bay Area, Cheryl Mitchell was exposed to the area’s vibrant food culture from a young age. While Cheryl attended the University of California Santa Cruz and obtained a degree in Psychology, the large influence of food in her life lead her to enroll at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. After graduating, Cheryl worked in restaurants all around the Bay Area before being hired as a Sous Chef for Pacific Catch’s San Mateo opening team.

Cheryl enjoys traveling (Nicaragua is her favorite place), working out, reading, and attending Giant’s games.
